to 19.5. i DID enjoy this one 😛
i reckon i represent a good 80% of the crossfit population when i say that whilst we totally expected to see these two movements in the final event, our initial response when the movements were actually announced was less than satisfactory.
C2B (chest-to bar) pullups
ran through a few strategies with the training bud and we settled on this:
33 — 20+13
27 — 17+10
21 — 14+7
15 — 15
singles on c2b
the boxes did wonders on the C2B pull-ups but it required a little bit of coordination and would only work with consistency. and as expected, IT WAS PAINFUL. but i was determined to see a good ending to this opens season.
stuck to the plan and trusted the people who believed that i would be able to pull through more than i did. & we are made to live in a community for this very reason. because so much more potential can be unlocked in an environment that supports your growth.
