😱Hey, what’s up, hello?🤗
GUYS! This is ONE WEEK. ONE BLEEPING WEEK.
I weighed myself first thing when I woke up last Monday and weighed in at a very disappointing (for me- not anyone else) 199.5 lbs. 🤯
I knew 2-3 lbs of that was bloat and nastiness from my carb and alcohol binge of my birthday. And I also knew my weight probably started fluctuating due to my period that was approaching. BUT, I couldn’t blame it all on those things because I weighed in at 197.5 on May 18th... so, like... take responsibility, Maggie. You haven’t been as consistent as you should’ve and COULD’VE been since you moved. 😬
Buttttt, ONE WEEK of cutting out alcohol, overly processed foods, artificial flavors/sweeteners, and excess carbs has left me feeling LEAN, POWERFUL, and DETERMINED! 💪🏼👊🏼🤟🏼Incase anyone hates math, that’s -9.5 lbs of bloat, fat, and crud off my body in 7 days! (I was praying to see <195 this morning. I genuinely didn’t expect to see 190! And y’all, I’m not starving myself!! I’ve documented EVERYTHING I have consumed in the past 7 days, with calories & macros and I’ve consumed between 1,575-2,050 calories per day (TAKE THAT WITH A GRAIN OF (Pink Himalayan) SALT- because I also moved my body all 7 days, and got in good workouts 6/7 days! So, my body needed more calories than people who don’t exercise a ton) but, the point is- I’ve LISTENED to my body each day and fueled it with good quality foods, and it is loving it! Cheers (with water) to the exciting results to come with 2 more weeks of my 21 Days Clean Keto! 🥩🥦🍳🍓🌶#weightlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #weightloss
