Happy Thursday, chubby-plant lovers! Sorry for the absence, I've been working my tail off getting ready for my very first workshop this weekend! This little garden guardian still has every inch if his glorious tail though! Can you spot the lizard? Swipe for a close-up of a little lizard I spotted among my succulents this morning !
Have you bought your tickets to my workshop yet? They're only $5 online (at Planta Nursery's website) or at the door! Come by Planta Nursery at 6011 York Blvd in Los Angeles, California this Sunday, April 28th, at 11 am to learn all about the weird and wonderful world of succulents and cacti from yours truly! Bring a pen and all the questions you can think up! I'm looking so forward to meeting you all and hope to see some friendly faces in the bunch !
What's included in this event? We'll be discussing what makes a succulent a succulent, include an overview of more than 20 selected genus of succulents and cacti with examples from my personal collection, go over basic care information about zones, light, soil, watering, fertilizer, flowering, and planting, and have a Q&A session on any topics you'd like to learn more about! Included with your ticket you'll recieve a guided packet to take notes on the event in and educational materials to take home with you !
Can't make it to California next week? My lovely wife has volunteered to livestream the event on Instagram for all our nation-wide and international followers! Be sure to tune in on April 28th at 11 AM PST to learn all about the weird and wonderful world of succulents and cacti from the comfort of your own home !
