I danced with a lightening bug tonight.
I was dancing barefoot. I saw him sparkle, so I offered my hand and he joined me.
And we danced.
He stayed with me until I offered him a flower. I thought about the beauty of life I was living and a rabbit passed by.
I continued to dance, finding my way to a bench to write this and bunny passed by again.
Last rabbit sighting was one full moon ago, while I was dancing barefoot under the moon, same area (riverside). I danced freely and I danced with life. I joined the moon and she joined me.
I once spent a couple hours with a lightening bug. He didn’t seem to want to leave me, so I took him with me to get coffee. We hung out and I chatted with him while enjoying my cold brew.
There are people who may judge that; they may judge my getting coffee with a bug or dancing under the moon.
This kind of judgment means nothing to me.
I love to live a life worth living.
I’m attuned. I feel the moon and I know she feels me too. I care for life and I hold it in high regard, including the life of lightening buggies. I live in my body and I move it as it desires.
I experience pleasure to grand depth while living amongst a society suppressed.
This uniqueness sets me aside and I’d have it no other way.
A dragonfly landed, and is walking on my phone literally as I type this.
I mean come on. Why would I choose any other way? #alifeworthliving #lighteningbug #bug #dance #embodied
