🔥Un recuerdo de hace 2 años con mi querida amiga @monicacruz97 y mi amada esposa @giohealthy les comparto de nuevo una receta deliciosa y muy fácil de hacer, ideal para matar esos antojos por lo dulce sin fallarle mucho a nuestro régimen alimenticio:

🌟Ingredientes:

✨4 huevos completos.
✨4 cucharadas de cacao amargo.
✨1 cucharada de polvo para hornear.
✨2 cucharaditas de aceite de coco.
✨2 chorritos de vainilla.
✨1 chorrito de café preparado.
✨ 2 tazas de hojuelas de avena.
✨1 taza de leche descremada light.
✨1/2 taza de chocolate amargo en trozos.
✨15 sobres de endulzante ligero.

🌪 Incorporamos todos los ingredientes poco a poco en una licuadora, pre calentamos el horno a 180 grados centígrados y colocamos la mezcla en moldes de muffins para hornear durante solo 15 minutos; dejar enfriar un poco antes de consumir y así de fácil obtendremos este delicioso y nutritivo postre!!!

Here is a fun drill to do with your athletes. @akryeziu12 and I did this in one of are workouts together and it was tough. 
Have the athlete face the opposite direction and toss a tennis ball over their head, they have to run out and catch it. You only have seconds of reaction time to move towards the ball! 
It was hard throwing and video taping at the same time lol but try this out ALOT harder then it looks

After two low carb days my body is ready to get the food it needs to rebuild its glycogen stores. Even though you are eating carbs your body isn't storing excess carbs as fat (after your two low carb day burning days) because it's busy building glycogen back up.

I'm annoying about exercise  I'm not sorry  I have worked out since I was cleared to do so, and I have done ALL of it ONLINE with @therealbuckley . I haven't set foot in a gym, nor would I because gyms smell and there are people there. 
I've never had to run. I've never had to buy any equipment. The workouts are catered to how much time I have to do them. 
You have any excuses left? Yes you can lose weight without exercise, but my skin is tight(ish), my body is toned, and the MENTAL benefits are immeasurable.

RPE (Rating of Perceived Exertion) je skala subjektivnog osecaja napora. Izuzetno moćan instrument u tempiranju treninga i mezo/makrociklusa uopste, i ovu skalu uglavnom koriste powerlifteri, mada mozete videte da se zbog svoje prakticnosti i odredjenih prednosti koju daje, sve cesce koristi i medju bodibilderima. Funkcionise tako sto se napor na odredjenoj vezbi klasifikuje 1-10 tako da je npr. "RPE 7" tri ponavljanja u rezervi, "RPE 8" 2 ponavljanja, itd... Medjutim, retko kada se koristi RPE manji od 6 iz dva razloga: prvi, zato sto je pri toliko ponavljanja od otkaza tesko odrediti koliko imamo u rezervi, i drugi, zato sto je pri ostavljanju toliko ponavljanja u rezervi ili kilaza prelaka (uglavnom manja od 50-60% od 1RM), ili nije ulozen znatni napor za aktiviranje velikog postotka misicnih jedinica. Takodje, velika prednost je sto recimo pored fiksnog broja ponavljanja, pri koriscenju RPE skale imamo mogucnost da koriscenjem subjektivnog osecaja tog dana, odredimo broj ponavljanja koji bi inace bio fiksiran (npr. imamo trening cucnja sa 100kg i RPE 8, sto bi znacilo da radimo seriju dok imamo 2 ponavljanja u rezervi, a taj broj bi se mogao razlikovati (iako ne bi trebalo da bude previse odstupanja) pojedinih dana, zavisno od sna, hrane, raspolozenja, itd.) Pullups are tough. And because if this, people tend to do whatever it takes to get their chin over the bar.

This causes a few common faults.

The major one is "kipping" or using your legs to build momentum. You're no longer pulling yourself up with your upper body but cheating with your legs.

The other common problem is overextending your lower back. This tends to happen when you do pullups with your legs behind you and you end up with a massive curve that puts pressure on your lower back. 💪A correct pullup involves engaging your entire body from your legs to your shoulders. *The shoulders need to be locked in a stable position by driving your armpits forward. *Your core and glutes need to be squeezed and braced. *And your legs should be in front of you with your toes forward. ❗It's not worth it just to get your "chin over the bar" only to ingrain bad movement patterns that transfer into everything else.

It was back day today.  This was in between my timed sets of smith machine rows. •
Timed sets have become one my favorite ways of lifting on certain exercises.  The weight may be a little lower than a normal set but you are working your ass off! 60-90 seconds never felt so long 😂

Felt tired this morning but the preworkout kicked in and I started going in.  Couple more days of going hard then a much needed rest day on Saturday!

So that’s over 8 months I’ve been grafting away at this lift, and as alway time & consistency pays off.⁣⁣

Back off set in video 2 felt more brutal to be honest.⁣⁣

Now I’m happy with that and can own this load for the rest of June before I rotate the lift again. ⁣⁣

So over the last couple weeks my training and nutrition took a bit of an impact due to me putting my focus into starting my new business @BeastKingAthleticsOfficial 🔥👏🏼

A lot of hard work was put in and it was so worth it!! Now the first few weeks are going amazing and now we’re well underway... But now it’s time to put some more focus into my diet and training to bring my best physique ever to the stage in September at the PCA Manchester show!! As long as I give everything I possibly have in to this next 12 weeks I know I’ll be committing 100% to making sure each day is a success in the form of nutrition, weight training, cardio sessions, sleep quality and time, water intake, supplementation, and all the 1% factors that go into maintaining a healthy lifestyle whilst dieting 💯💯

I will be reducing my Carbohydrate intake by 15g and my Fat intake by 2g (78kcals) 📉

Le soleil, la chaleur, les jours qui rallongent, tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour nous donner envie plus que jamais d’être d’être bien dans notre corps et dans notre tête. 
Pour vous aider à surfer sur cette vague d’énergie, voici 5 bonnes habitudes à prendre:
1) Prenez du bon temps
Chaque semaine trouvez une petite place dans votre emploi du temps pour les activités importantes pour vous:
retrouver des amis, passer du temps avec vos enfants, être au calme pour lire ou écouter de la musique, s'offrir un soin corporel, etc...
2) Aérez-vous et bougez vous
C'est une évidence: les gens qui font du sport vont mieux que ceux qui n'en font pas, physiquement et mentalement.
Il fait beau, la chaleur n’est pas encore écrasante, c’est la
période idéale pour sortir faire du sport.
En solo, avec des amis ou avec un Personal Trainer...chaussez vos baskets!
 3) Mettez de la couleur dans votre assiette 
Courgettes, aubergines, tomates, abricots, cerises, melons, ... les légumes et fruits de saison
vous offrent une palette de couleurs incomparable. A consommer sans modération pour faire le plein de vitamines, de fibre d'antioxydants et pour vous rassasier avec peu de calories.
4) Buvez de l’eau, sous toutes ses formes
Votre bouteille d’eau devrait vous accompagner au quotidien. Choisissez sa taille en fonction de votre consommation et complétez dans la journée avec du thé vert (il déstocke les graisses) ou des tisanes de thym, de verveine ou de menthe (elles possèdent des vertus anti-infectieuses) 
5) Grignotez sain et léger
Prendre un en-cas vers 10-11 heures et 16-17 heures, lorsque la fringale se fait ressentir, est une bonne pratique alimentaire. Optez pour une collation équilibrée et faible en calorie : un fruit et quelques graines (amandes, noisettes, noix de cajou... à choisir non grillées et non salées)

Geez Chloe you’ve been MIA this week!!! For those of you following my Instagram and Facebook stories you’ll already know I’ve been battling a few challenging days recently - in fact last weekend I experienced THE worst hormonal migraine I’ve ever had - bed bound for two full days and unable to function... to the point I was nearly tempted to call an ambulance! 😩🤮

A trip to see my fab GP on Monday, another blood test successfully done (with a gold star for not fainting this time 🤣) and a referral to get a scan done to check for fibroids... yes 3 days later, I’m slowly getting my sparkle back 🌟
