Thanks @vsgdee for putting this in my head. Starting tomorrow I am accepting the challenge. It will need to be modified push-up, but I am hoping that by the time I hit day 30 I will have worked up enough strength to attempt a "non-modified" push-up. 🙌  Who wants to do it with me?

Here is my back and shoulder workout!! 24 was SO packed. I couldn’t even find a machine or cables so i just went to my apartment gym and did the best i could 
I did lat pull downs superset with the 2nd video which is straight arm pull downs. (I usually use a straight bar but i had to use the single hand rope thing) i did 4x10 for both 
3rd video- cable rows. 4x10 each arm 
4th video- side raise to front raise=1 rep. I did 3x12 
5th video- single arm shoulder press 3x10 
6th video and 7th video go together. I did a mini circuit of 4 exercises. 3x10 each exercise with a 45 second break between sets. 
If you guys have ANY specific questions on these exercises or anything please feel free to DM me!

Thinking I really like following challenge plans, because of the community involved and the accountability factor. I purchased @cutekatiebug Bikini Challenge and let's just say this plan isn't for the faint of heart. It's a big jump from @toneitup with shorter, HIIT style workouts, but I was looking for a guided weight training program.

That being said this is an intense training schedule. It involves 6 day a week workouts, with anywhere from 15-20 minutes of HIIT mixed in between sets, or saved for the end. Let's just say I'm playing this by ear. I was so tired after the first leg day I ended taking a rest day the following day. However, instead of jumping to Day 3's workout, I picked up on Day 2 today.

I wouldn't call myself a beginner lifter, but I'm not an expert either. I'm also glad I know enough about training and intense training programs to know how hard to push myself. That's not to say that I won't go for the six days of training at some point during this challenge, but it's definitely going to take me longer than 12 weeks.

A year ago a fell into a deep depression, I was unmotivated stopped eating, stop lifting , was always tired . I would literally walk into the gym and spend 5 to 10 minutes in there and say naw I don’t feel like doing this . Naive as I was I started to lose a lot of muscle . Dropped over 40lbs and didn’t know what to do or how to get back on the horse . I was disgusted physically and mentally . Finally it took months to snap out of it and get back to the grind . I’ve been back consistently training for the last six months I’m happy with the way life is going and I was able to recover some of what I lost . I promise to never reject myself again . Did a one hour run today. It was extremely hard to focus and complete this one. I didn't focus on mileage but focused on form and breathing right. I stopped to walk for a few seconds after my 3rd mile then went back into it for the final mile.  It was extremely hot during this one and dummy me didnt wear a sports bra so I could take the shirt off during the run. This is a long post but I am being honest to show you that its never easy. You have to start from somewhere to get better. Some of us cant run but we walk. Some can run but cant finish a full mile. The point is that you are out there and you are pushing yourself to your limits. I lost motivation and put on a few pounds from my previous weight loss. I backtracked but I am amped up and excited to be working with a great coach @michaelmakingmemories to get back into things. I am happy to keep training and keep pushing my limits.
